Executive Chef

Our executive chef Paul Wright is a southern California native whose appreciation for good food and family began at an early age.  Paul is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco. While attending the C.C.A, he was able to work under the direction of Chef Almir Da Fonseca who is now an instructor, restaurateur and consultant. After working for Ashley Quick at Andrew Chadwick’s, Paul joined Eastland Café as the sous chef and has been with the Eastland family for the past 3 years. Chef Paul has a passion for creating uncomplicated dishes that allow the local and seasonal ingredients to speak for themselves. Chef Paul is looking forward to sharing his passion for good food with the great community here in east Nashville.


Jeremy Lamb
Sous Chef

A native of Oxford, Mississippi with over 10 years of experience in the restaurant field, Chef Jeremy Lamb has worked under James Beard Award winner John Currence of City Grocery and was a chef at Ajax’s before moving to Nashville to further his education by attending culinary school.  While pursuing his education, he held the title of sous chef at Opryland’s premier restaurant Old Hickory Steakhouse. Upon graduating, he moved to Flyte and now has found his home here at Eastland Café. As sous chef, he prepares down to earth causal fine dining food, while exhibiting his home cooking roots through his soups, specials and special event menus.
